Still six years new to the city but this little ice cream shop has developed into a “micro” creamery! With seasonal flavors and locally farmed ingredients, Weckerly’s became one of Philly’s favorite ice cream shops around! Don’t want to leave your house? They will deliver to you!

Franklin Fountain


Located in Old City, the ice cream shop is a classic! With servers dressed in bow-ties in their old fashioned parlor with a soda fountain and treats, this is one of Philly’s best and most visited! FF is now back with their “cult favorite,” Honeycomb flavor!

Sweet Charlie’s


If you have been on Instagram, then you may have heard a thing or two about “rolled” ice cream. Sweet Charlie’s was founded back in 2015 by 18-year old, Kyle Billig who wanted to Thai-inspired ice cream to Philadelphia! Now with multiple locations, you will find that when you walk into a Sweet Charlie’s shop your ice cream in prepared and rolled on a cold surface less than 20 degrees! If you’re a dairy-free eater, try the vegan ice cream base!

Little Baby’s


Imaginative and funky, this is one Philly ice cream shop you have to check out! Hand-made ice cream and made for everyone with both dairy and non-dairy ice cream flavors, Little’s Baby’s works to create unique and exciting ice cream flavor combinations! Not sure what to try? Order the “flight” which comes with 5-6 different flavors!

Around since 1861, Basset’s is nothing but traditional and classic! With a Philadelphia location in Center City’s Reading Terminal, Basset’s also a full service distributor that works with restaurants, caters, supermarkets, hotels and more! Must try the Raspberry Truffle!
